We are currently investigating issues with Channel Listings and Player loads. This appears to be a third party realtime-updates provider. We are making attempts to confirm and apply mitigation plans discussed and developed earlier this week. Active Live Streams, Archives, or any internal streaming systems are unaffected.

Latest updateAll mitigations are in place: page loads and background updates for the Control Center, Channel Listings, and Video Player are working. We do see continued error rates with the third-party's service but are marking this degradation as resolved.
UpdateOur video player has been updated to help mitigate the connection issues. We're monitoring the performance of load times and are seeing better time-to-load pages and improved video Playback. Realtime updates to the Control Center may continue to be affected.

We are currently investigating issues with channel listings, API listings, and player loads in the infrastructure. All indications point to a third party sockets provider. We are currently making attempts to confirm and create a mitigation execution plan.

Latest updatesystems systems have been back online since shortly after 11AM. We are just currently monitoring the situation to make sure that we do not encounter the same issues.

Our system is experiencing slow respons times with our APIs, resulting in degraded performance of control center, event channel listings and our video player. We are actively investigating and attempting to mitigate this issue.

Latest updateWe believe the degraded performance issue has been resolved. We have posted performance updates to our API instances, improved communication between our API and database, and refined our auto-scaling rules. We will continue to monitor API performance over the coming days to ensure resolution.

Users have reported and we've confirmed that our APIs are slow to response. We are actively investigating and attempt to mitigate this issue. Live Streaming is unaffected, but loading pages within the Control Center or public-facing embedded applications may be slow to load.
