We are currently investigating issues with Channel Listings and Player loads. This appears to be a third party realtime-updates provider. We are making attempts to confirm and apply mitigation plans discussed and developed earlier this week. Active Live Streams, Archives, or any internal streaming systems are unaffected.
We are currently investigating issues with channel listings, API listings, and player loads in the infrastructure. All indications point to a third party sockets provider. We are currently making attempts to confirm and create a mitigation execution plan.
We're going to be making routine updates to our Database on the 26th of October. The expected downtime is approximately 10 minutes and will notify users if we need to extend the duration. All services will be affected.
We're seeing heightened issues with our process of publishing media (Uploaded or recorded from a Live Stream) and are actively investigating the cause. At this time we recommend Clients wait to publish media until we're able to apply the appropriate fix. Thank you for your patience.
