Our provider has been able to restore service. With the patch we deployed to Control Center we were able to alert users of the loss of certain functionality if this service does go down. However we will be taking steps that will make this part of our service more reliable in the future.

Updates
At roughly 12:00PM PST one of our Vendor's services started failing. Consequently this issue prevented viewing Events and Event Management in our Control Center for roughly 2.5 hrs while we addressed the issue. The Vendor in question provides a service that listens for updates to Events. Users viewing the Control Center, Embedded Players, and Embedded Listings – receiving these updates behind the scenes – would therefore not have to refresh the browser page in order to see the changes happened. We have just pushed out a software patch to our Control Center to allow Clients to view and manage their Events. As our Vendor’s service is still down here's some notes reiterating the problem and what to do: - Our vendor provides a feature that “Auto-updates” views of the Control Center, Player, and Embedded Events Listings instances every time data changes on Events. - Because their service is down some actions will currently not give visual feedback to certain actions (Record, Stop, Pause, Publishing). - While these actions and others are still behaving as they should and performing updates to your Event data in our Database, in order to see changes to Events – including Creating, Updating, Deleting, Recording, and Publishing – you will need to refresh the page. If you have any questions or issues please email us at: support@invintus.com We will be thoroughly auditing this issue internally and with our Vendor in the coming days.
