We are currently working to resolve a timing issue for stopping our client live streams. Our system is currently truncating the final ~10 to 20 seconds of the final packets of Live Streams when clients click the "Stop" button on a live event. This issue has cropped up with our most recent production update on 1/12. Until we are able to resolve this issue we are advising our clients to wait an additional 30 to 60 seconds at the end of every Live Stream before hitting "Stop" to ensure your live broadcast and on-demand recording include all of your event video. --- We will notify clients as soon as a patch is rolled out to address this issue.
