We are currently investigating reports that some Users are not able to load the Control Center.

The vendor has stated that Authentication services are now back online and we are now marking our Control Center as Operational.

Login and authentication services appear to be up and running and our Control Center is currently accessible for new logins. However, official notification for restoration of service has not yet been received, so potential authentication issues may still occur. We will update again when we receive official notification of restoration of service.

We're still awaiting further updates on this resolution from Auth0, our User authentication vendor. Auth0 is an enterprise-level organization serving millions of users and this is a Nation-wide outage. Our integration with them requires User Session verification with their service before loading any view within our Control Center which is why we're experiencing issues resolving page loading. Users currently logged into the system remain able to utilize the Control Center as normal and are advised to NOT refresh their page but navigate within the Control Center itself. We have not been provided an estimated time of resolution.

Our Vendor, Auth0, notified us that they have definitely identified the issue within their system and have the bulk of their organization working on a fix.

Currently there has been no substantial update from our Vendor as to when this will be resolved nor is there an estimated time of resolution. Our Streaming services (API/Transcoding/Streaming/etc.) are not affected by this outage, so if you currently have Streams live or Auto-scheduled they will continue to work as normal.

Our login/authorization service provider is currently experiencing high level of error rates with their services, preventing Invintus clients from logging into the control center. We currently have no ETA on resolution; we will continue to monitor their progress.
