Our CDN provider has sent us a resolution: "Resolved: We have mitigated the conditions leading to page load failures and have been monitoring the work for the past 15 minutes and our service levels are back to normal. " If you have seen or see any problems occurring after 12:50PM PST let us know and we will circle back to our CDN to report any more issues. Overview
We are receiving notices that our large global CDN provider that delivers the player is currently suffering an attack that's affecting load times and TLS verification. This issue began at 09:38 PST The latest update was at 10:51 AM PST that they were still working on a resolution to the situation. Players will load but the load times are hit and miss as to the length of time it takes to fully render a player on a page. We will keep you notified as we get updates from the CDN.
