Emergency Maintenance of backend services

Overview

We will be working on core services for control center in response to an issue announced to us by AWS. We are taking appropriate action and the service disruption will be only for a short window of time of 30 minutes, starting at 5pm PT. Streams that are currently live will not be effected. The ability to start or stop events may will be effected during the maintenance window.
